Harold M.Swan is the father of a little girl 11. Since she was born he has seen her all of maybe 20 times and that was in her first year. I am owed some $15.000.00 and I need to find out all I can about him and the who the what the where. I know that he still lives in Colorado in the denver metro area. He likes fast cars and running detail shops that specialze in tricken out the cars.
He is I think 29 now maybe 30 ....5"10 about 200lbs his body is his temple brown hair highlighted and brown eyes. He also has a large scar on his upper lip . Works out alot and really loves to run drag,on back raods. I know that he also has an older son Josh that he is IM SURE not paying on and who knows how many others. Its a shame that a man with so little money to pay his child support can find the money to open these shops and buy the cars and motorcycles he loves and the clothing that come with a mighty price tag. Living large is his style...But at the cost of his children... how fair is that.

Yup his first chance at parole is 2019. So far it looks like there are over 5 kids he never took care of. I feel for those kids and you moms who have to do this all by yourself
I use to live next door to this dude, I remember his babies mama's coming over at all hours of the night. One time me and my friend went cruising with him in Westminster in his Red Stealth and one of his babies mama's was sitting out side of his house waiting for him and we had to hide in his car because she was acting crazy, beating him up and screaming at him. Man this is hard to believe his poor mother, she was always such a sweet woman...I feel so sorry for all these kids.

It's actually pretty sad how pathetic some of the women who claimed to be "in love" with him were. I would say some of them were the actual "CON MEN". Some of these woman were so desperate and obsessed with him, that they purposely got pregnant by him. I think the most pathetic and crazy one was named Christine? She tried to trap him by getting pregnant and he never wanted anything to do with her. Why purposely get pregnant by a man who never loved you or gave a shit about you? She wondered why he never wanted anything to do with her crazy, pathetic ass. I lived next door to him and he constantly tried to get rid of her, and she wouldn't take a hint. She would stalk him, follow him, then flip out and start hitting him. He should've called the cops on that nasty mental case. This woman was so gross too. I mean she was a very large woman (Wide and Tall), and was nasty looking. I could see why he never wanted anything to do with her. It was actually pretty funny living next door and partying with him, and seeing how he played her like an idiot and she could just never take the hint. Crazy ass bitch! Probably should've kept her loose legs closed. He may not have been perfect, but either were some of the crazy ass women who got knocked up by him.

Harold is 100% a CONMAN... I am serving him with paperwork Monday or Tuesday... He screwed me out of my car for the last 7 months on a trade deal... Every excuse in the book... One bad/fake deal after another... I'm hearing from 3 reliable sources that him and his pregnant wife are on drugs... Not saying its true but I'm tell ya'll what I heard... Harold owns a couple paint and body shops... I wrote a bad review on Yelp and since then I have been contacted by 4 ex employees and 2 old customers that he did shotty work for... I've also written the Better Business Bureau and they already suspended his account plus he is under review before my complaint...
Lawsuit will be served next week... Wish me luck... Hopefully he comes clean and takes care of his kids...
